Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Your email address, when you start a trial, buy, sign in or contact support: to send your licence key, sign-in links, receipts, renewal notices and replies. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
• Billing details, collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor: your name, billing address and payment method. We see the last four digits of a card, not the full number.
• Licence records: the licence ID, plan, seats and dates in your key, kept with your Stripe customer record.
• Support messages you send, and any licence key you include, to answer you.
• Assistant conversations: the questions you type into the AI assistant are sent to our server and to an AI model provider to produce an answer. Do not include confidential project information.
• Site analytics: for each page view, the page, the referring page, your screen size and any campaign tags in the link, plus a small number of named events (for example, that a download link was clicked or checkout was opened). We use no advertising trackers. [CONFIRM: cookie and IP-address handling of the analytics endpoint.]

The desktop app

Your models and results stay on your computer. The app checks its licence key on your computer. Near a paid key's end date, if you are online, it sends the key to our server to fetch a renewed one. [CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH: no other data leaves the app.]

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Billing and licence records are kept as long as you are a customer and afterwards as long as tax law requires. Support messages are kept for [PERIOD]. Assistant conversations are not stored by us beyond what is needed to answer and to enforce usage limits. [CONFIRM against the server's actual retention.]

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law) by emailing support@aquaswmm.com.
