Terms of sale

1. Seller

AquaSWMM subscriptions and services are sold by Michael Flynn, a sole proprietor doing business as AquaSWMM. Postal address: [STREET ADDRESS — TO BE ADDED BEFORE LAUNCH]. Email: support@aquaswmm.com.

2. Plans and prices

Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Use of the software is governed by the end-user licence agreement.

3. Subscriptions and renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; the software then returns to viewer mode.
  • We will email you before an annual renewal. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry it and email you. Licence keys include a 14-day grace period past each billing date.

4. Trials

The free trial lasts 30 days, needs no payment details, and is limited to one per email address. It does not renew into a paid plan.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Invoices and purchase orders are available on request.

6. Refunds

See the refund policy: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of your first payment.

7. Services

Model reviews, conversions, training, workshops and custom development listed on the support page are booked by email. We confirm scope, price and dates in writing before any charge. Deliverables are advisory and do not make us the engineer of record for your project.

8. Support levels

Response times on the support page are targets we work to, not guarantees. Remedies for a missed target are limited to a pro-rated credit of the Priority Support fee on request.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will email you about material changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE — TO BE CONFIRMED], United States.
