30-day money-back guarantee

If AquaSWMM is not right for you, email support@aquaswmm.com within 30 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.

• The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our approving it.
• The subscription is cancelled when the refund is issued, and the software returns to viewer mode.
• The guarantee covers the first payment for each customer. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before a renewal at any time.

Annual renewals

If an annual renewal charged you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. [CONFIRM this renewal grace period.]

Services

Services booked by email (reviews, conversions, training, workshops, custom development) are refundable in full until the work starts. After that, refunds are handled case by case.
